FIGHTcamp

This workout features techniques, drills, and elements from mixed martial arts (MMA), karate, and boxing.  These fighting elements are combined with HIIT protocols to provide our athletes with a unique, fun, and effective training session.  No fighting experience is necessary.  All equipment is provided.
