603.770.7872 James is a nationally recognized exercise physiologist and a strength & conditioning expert with more than 30 years of education and experience. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire with an advanced degree in Exercise Physiology/Kinesiology. He was mentored by Dr. Robert Kertzer, a renowned exercise physiologist. James graduated at the top of his class and was considered one of the best young minds in applied exercise science. Early in his career, he developed training methods that are considered state-of-the-art today. He is certified by and a member of the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) and American College of Sports Medicine (ASCM). He is a NSCA-Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS) and Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT). For several years he has lectured extensively on fitness, nutrition and health.

603.770.7431 Kate is an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer. She is actively involved in the NSCA as a professional member. She is an Exercise Science Instructor/Trainer for Team Fitness. As an athlete, she enjoys ski racing, golf and ridiculous fitness training. She loves to combine her intense, ongoing study of exercise science with her athletic successes and endeavors to create a fantastic training experience for her clients and athletes. She has a background in dance along with her training in exercise science, and loves helping her clients learn how to move correctly, get strong, and make the fitness and body composition changes they desire. |
