MOBILITYcamp

This camp focuses on improving the flexibility and mobility of joints, tendons, ligaments, muscles, and myofascial lines.  Sessions may feature our version of sports yoga, dynamic/static stretching, PNF, active-assisted stretching, and related movement drills.  Add great music and a relaxing atmosphere and you will be on your way to improved mobility.
