Team Training Workouts
Our Team Training system offers over 100 workouts per month, from early morning to evening and even weekends. We have many categories of workouts, enabling thousands of different workout variations. We understand that each workout is a mini exercise prescription; as with medicine, the kind and dose are vital to success.
Our schedule offers a specific blend of frequency, intensity, and modality. Thus, through a month of training, our athletes will experience the correct dose of strength, cardiorespiratory, metabolic, and mobility training…along with proper attention to short- and long-term recovery. Complete STRENGTH/METABOLIC/POWER
STRENGTH: Metabolic strength training, a scientific system of workouts based on the same strength & conditioning methods used by today’s elite athletes. It’s a whole body, interval-based power workout performed in groups, in an encouraging personal training format with state-of-the-art equipment. It stimulates multiple joints and muscles simultaneously, creating an amazing cellular response that increases total metabolic rate for more than 12-18 hours after the workout. The result? you burn fat while building muscle.
POWER: Utilizes the same framework as STRENGTH and incorporates power movements and protocols. Power is a combination of strength with speed. All ages demonstrate power deficiencies but respond very well to science-based power training.
Complete CARDIO
Interval-based cardio workout featuring several modes, machines, and movements. You don’t get bored and your whole body, upper and lower, gets a workout. It offers a high average heart rate, low orthopedic stress, and high EPOC (Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption). Most workouts have low to moderate EPOC. This one takes EPOC to the max. The workout is precisely customized for each participant, regardless of age or fitness level. You can exercise with your more fit or less fit friends at the same time in the same workout. ALL fitness levels can do this workout.

MOBILITY: Focus is on improving the flexibility and mobility of joints, tendons, ligaments, muscles, and myofascial lines. Sessions may feature our version of sports yoga, dynamic/static stretching, PNF, active-assisted stretching, and related movement drills. Add great music and a relaxing atmosphere and you will be on your way to improved mobility.
COACH'S WORKOUT: A special workout invented by our trainers designed to be unique, fun, and interesting…and perhaps a little different. Our workouts will always conform to exercise science principles while offering a new stimulus to the body. This workout could have elements of any other camp. Come and be pleasantly surprised…your body, your cells will love you.
SPEED: This is our SAQ (Speed/Agility/Quickness) workout. Pretend you are at an Olympic training center by doing drills featuring speed development, acceleration/deceleration, change of direction, agility, action/reaction quickness training. Emphasis is on proper sprint form/technique. The benefits of sprinting are enormous and far-reaching for all fitness levels. This workout is appropriate for novice to advanced fitness levels. This one is so fun, you forget you are really exercising.
ASSAULT: Features techniques, drills, and elements from mixed martial arts (MMA), karate, and boxing. These fighting elements are combined with HIIT protocols to provide our athletes with a unique, fun, and effective training session. No fighting experience is necessary. All equipment is provided.
FORCE: A high-octane version of STRENGTH, incorporating advanced movements, protocols, and techniques normally reserved for our most fit. It includes Tactical Strength and Conditioning targeted for the U.S. Special Forces and other military personnel. Any of our athletes are welcome who want to take their fitness into the stratosphere. This workout is perfect for those who want to scare others with their functional capacities.
GOLF: Specifically for golfers, featuring flexibility and mobility training, core training and postural stability, hip and shoulder cuff programming, spine segmental stability, motor control and memory for proper body linkage, and neuromuscular sequencing.
