FUSIONcamp
This workout is a combination of HIITcamp and MOBILITYcamp. It features 30-40 minutes of multi-joint high-intensity interval cardio training followed by 30-40 minutes of blended dynamic/static stretching, PNF, active/assisted stretching, and our version of sports yoga. Our goal is to improve aerobic capacity and flexibility/mobility while using proper spine biomechanics that are often missing in stretching routines. This session provides the maximum endorphin release followed by a profound relaxation and stress reduction response.
